If your CPC rate is set too aggressively without strong performance to back it up, it could temporarily decrease. Your traffic performance should always align with your CPC rate to ensure the best results.
In rare cases, the system may automatically lower your CPC rate for a day due to low performance. For example, if your rate is $0.20 per click and you get 1,000 clicks but only 2 sales, your CPC could be reduced to $0.01 per click for those 1,000 clicks.
This adjustment typically lasts only 24 hours, and your CPC rate will return to normal the next day. To maintain a consistent CPC rate, and not receive these temporary decreases, make sure your performance is strong enough to support your rate.
