Dashboard 101

Welcome to ShopYourLikes!

We’re thrilled to help you start monetizing your favorite products. Here’s a simple guide to get you up and running on the platform.

1) Log in to Your Dashboard

Your dashboard is where the magic happens! It houses everything you need to get started, so let’s dive in.

2) Browse Retailers and Sort By Highest Commission

Head over to the Active Retailers tab on the left.
On the Active Retailers page, you can maximize your earnings by exploring retailers offering the highest commission rates. At the top, select Commission in the All Types dropdown. You’ll see a column for Rate next to the Retailer column – sort from highest to lowest percentage rates. Cha-ching!

3) Set Up Your Payment Information

To receive your earnings, you'll need to set up your payment information. Here's how:

• Navigate to the "Payment Settings" section in your account settings.
• Choose your preferred email address for your PayPal account. 
• *Upload your tax form and save
  • Important: Instructions for Tax Form.

Once your earnings reach the payment threshold of $25, you'll automatically receive your payments during the next pay cycle (45 days after the end of the earning month) via PayPal.

4) Create Shoppable Links In A Snap

1. Find a product you want to monetize.
2. Click the Link Generator tab on the left.
3. Paste the product’s URL into the designated slot and hit Convert Link.
4. Give your link a name (e.g., “Madewell Tan Sandals”) by hitting Add Nickname. Boom! Your shoppable link is now ready in your Link Journal below.
5. Copy the shoppable link by hovering over it and clicking. You’ll see “Converted Link Copied” appear to the left.
6. Paste the converted link onto your platform of choice – Instagram Stories, YouTube descriptions, Facebook posts, DMs – you name it!

Need to reuse the link? Simply copy it from your Link Journal.

5) Organize & Showcase Your Favorite Products

Head to the Collections tab in the main menu.
Create, edit, and manage your personalized collections of products. Group your favorite items together to share with your followers, making it easier for them to discover what you love.

6) Track Your Success & Discover What Followers Love

Head to the Reporting tab in the main menu.
Filter your results using the Report Type dropdown. Retailer reports show earnings by partner, while Link reports break it down by individual links. Discover what products are driving the most traffic!
